Connecting your Facebook & Instagram

Before we can post on your behalf, you'll need to approve a short access request from us in Meta's system. It only takes a couple of minutes, and you're in control the whole time.

  1. We send the request

We'll send a single partner access request to your Facebook Page — that covers your linked Instagram account too, so there's nothing separate to approve for that. You don't need to do anything to start this step — just watch for the notification below.

  2. Log in and check your notifications

Using the Facebook account that manages your business Page, you'll get a notification (and usually an email from Meta) about a pending business request.

  3. Approve it in Meta Business Suite

Go to business.facebook.com, open Settings → Partners (under the Users section in the left menu). You'll see our pending request there — click Approve.

  4. That's it

Once approved, we're connected and can start posting for you. You don't need to change any passwords or share any logins — just the one approval.

What this does (and doesn't) give us

This grants us partner access to manage posts on your Page and Instagram — not ownership. Your Page stays yours, fully and permanently.

You can revoke our access at any time from the same Partners screen in Meta Business Suite, no questions asked.

Stuck on any step, or the screen doesn't look like what's described here? Meta updates its interface often — just reach out and we'll walk you through it directly.
